Duties of an inspection management team include:

  • Review & acceptance of the quality of all materials & workmanship
  • Compliance with all terms of the contract
  • Conformity with drawings & specifications
  • Conduct monthly partnering & progress meetings
  • Prepare monthly payment estimates
  • Analyze change orders & prepare payment upon owner approval

Depending on the magnitude of a project, construction inspection teams vary in size. Regardless of the size of the project, we have the professionals to inspect/manage construction projects and material testing. Inspectors interpret contract requirements by analyzing specifications/drawings and applying a variety of testing/inspection techniques to ensure safety and completion of your project in a timely manner.

A team of EADS professionals will conduct a “Constructability Plan Review” – which evaluates the construction plans to ensure timeliness and feasibility for all parties involved.

Bid management is a process that includes the coordination of drawings and specifications with the contractors during the bid review. Our experienced construction managers will review and analyze bid results for the client, as well as submissions sent by the contractor.

This is an important project management technique preformed by our staff. We analyze activities that have the least amount of scheduling flexibility, then predict project duration based on activities that follow the “Critical Path.”

A building will not stand on a faulty foundation. Our professionals take this to heart, especially when inspecting building foundations and footings. We know and understand the importance of ensuring foundations and footings are safe.

A critical element to construction projects, our top priority is to ensure that the excavation of buildings, backfilling, footings, preparation of subgrade, structural backfill and final grading are completed with quality and safety.
